I think I'll do something useful with my costume books. I think I'll condense the knowledge in them into someting small and indexed. I'll cite my sources, pop the data in, and have something to make documenting Elizabethan (and any other period I feel like researching) easy.

You know how, when you're listening to the radio in the car, and there is a lot of street noise, you can hear a song about half a bar off?

It makes me wish I could read and write music. (I used to be really good at it, but it's been about 10 years since I've played anything.) I'd love to transcribe some popular song half-a-bar over. Just to see if people recognize it.

Oh yeah, if you want to work on a computer, don't sit on the top tier of a Caltrain train. Too wobbly. (The only reason I'm up here is because the second car was one of those nasty plastic-seat-for-skinny-people ones that are utterly uncomfortable. They HAVE to have noticed how few people use them. Why can't they take out the arms of the seats? More people would use them then.)
